to my Psychotherapy practice serving the Toronto, Oshawa, Bowmanville, Newcastle, Port Hope, Cobourg, Trenton and Peterborough areas

I work in-person and online with individuals of diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences in both in-depth and solution-focused therapy. I also provide Clinical Consultation and Clinical Supervision to new and experienced therapists. My warm, non-judgmental, supportive approach is based on over 25 years of experience and extensive training. I start with an empathic interest in who you are and what life challenges are bringing you to therapy. I work comfortably with issues related to depression, mood and anxiety, the after-effects of trauma and PTSD, unwanted substance use, personality disorders, relationship challenges, life stress and life transitions, eating disorders, self-harming behaviors, dissociative disorders, and the process of loss and grief.

Contact me to arrange a free consultation so we can discuss what is bringing you to therapy, determine if my skills match your needs, and most importantly, gain a sense of one another to see if we are a good fit for working together in therapy. I look forward to hearing from you.
